Buns in the Oven!
We have not one, but two buns in the oven...we are expecting twins! While we grow our family, we will be closing temporarily (until we adjust to being parents of 3 under the age of 2). We have so enjoyed baking for Sterling Ranch and our surrounding communities and look forward to getting back at it again soon. Lemon Zest Bakery is a local neighborhood bakery in Sterling Ranch, Colorado. We have dreams to one day have a store front, but for now we bake everything to order from our home kitchen under the Colorado Cottage Laws. We specialize in using sourdough in our breads and pastries rather than commercial yeast, which produces a much richer flavor and healthier bake.
